This class seamlesslys blends dynamic flow with deep relaxation to nurture body, mind, and spirit.
Beginning with an invigorating Vinyasa flow, synchronizing breath with movement to build heat, strength, and flexibility. Through a series of flowing sequences and empowering poses, we awaken the body, energize the spirit, and quiet the mind.
As we transition into the Yin portion of the practice, we shift gears to a more introspective and restorative pace. In this phase, we explore the art of surrender as we melt into long-held, passive poses designed to target the deeper connective tissues of the body. Through gentle guidance and mindful breathing, we release tension, increase flexibility, and cultivate a profound sense of inner peace.
Throughout the class, we honor the balance between effort and ease, movement and stillness, yang and yin. Each transition offers an opportunity to connect with the present moment and deepen our awareness of the body's wisdom.
