From Rock Bottom to Reclamation

I didn't set out to become a guide for creative healing.

After years of using achievement to mask addiction, shame, and self-rejection, I hit a breaking point that forced me to choose: keep destroying myself, or find another way.

I chose writing. Through the act of putting words on the page, I began to untangle the stories I'd been living inside of—stories about who I thought I had to be, what I thought I deserved, and why I kept choosing chaos over creation.

That process became Spirit Vigilante: a book, a practice, and eventually, a framework for others walking the same path. Today, my work lives at the intersection of creativity, recovery, and conscious leadership—helping people reconnect with their voice, rebuild self-trust, and move forward with clarity after disruption, loss, or rock bottom moments.

I've trained in neurolinguistic programming (NLP) and Mental and Emotional Release® (MER), but more than any credential, I understand what it means to feel trapped by your own patterns and to find freedom through creative expression.

How I help people create instead of self-destruct

My focus is simple: creativity as a stabilizing life force. When you don't have somewhere to channel your creative energy, it turns inward—showing up as anxiety, addiction, overthinking, or numbness. My work provides structure, community, and practices to help you redirect that energy toward creation instead of destruction.
