Lindsey Van Wagner
Author • Coach • Co-founder, Haven 101
My focus lives at the intersection of creativity, healing, and conscious leadership. Through writing, teaching, and community-building, I create spaces where people can reconnect with their inner voice, rebuild self-trust, and move forward with greater clarity and intention—often after periods of disruption, loss, or recovery.
I’m the author of Spirit Vigilante and the creator of the Spirit Vigilante Experience, a writing-based journey that blends self-inquiry, creativity, and spiritual practice. My work is informed by lived experience in recovery for alcoholism, as well as training in neurolinguistic programming (NLP) and Mental and Emotional Release® (MER), which shape how I approach awareness, pattern change, and integration. At the core of everything I do is the belief that creativity is a stabilizing life force that helps people return to themselves.

Alongside my writing and teaching, I co-host SoberPod, a podcast centered on sobriety, recovery, and conscious living, and I regularly join conversations exploring healing and aligned leadership. These dialogues value honesty, curiosity, and lived experience over performance or prescription.

Today, my work includes writing, guiding small groups, podcasting, and building Haven 101—a multidisciplinary wellness studio devoted to presence, integrity, and human connection.
